Why guests pick us

The little island house that has everything.

Renovated top to bottom, laid out for two families or one big one, and close enough to the water that flip-flops are the only transportation you'll need.

Two full suites

A king primary with a private balcony, plus a bunk suite with a queen and a full-over-full. Each has its own bath — nobody's sharing a sink.

The disappearing queen bed

A real queen Murphy bed folds down out of the cabinetry under the living room TV. Wide-open room by day, third bedroom by night. It's the party trick of the house.

Sun all day, shade when you want it

A covered deck with string lights and Adirondacks, a private upstairs balcony, and a fenced courtyard out back for the dog and the sandy gear.

Ocean one way, canal the other

Public beach access at the end of the block. Cross Canal Drive and you're at the marina watching boats come in at golden hour.

A real kitchen

Full-size range, double oven, stone counters, and a breakfast bar that opens to the living room. Cook the catch, don't hunt for a table for eight.

Park once, forget the car

Dedicated off-street parking and an enclosed garage bay for boards, bikes, and coolers. On Canal Drive in July, that's worth more than a view.

Bring the dog

Well-behaved pups under 25 lbs are welcome for a $75 pet fee. The fenced courtyard and the rinse-off hose mean sandy paws stay outside where they belong.

The Space

1,190 square feet, zero wasted inches.

Renovated in full — new floors, new kitchen, new baths — and furnished for the way people actually vacation: everyone in one room until somebody needs a nap.

An open room that holds everybody — then sleeps two more

The kitchen, dining table, and sectional all share one bright, breezy space with sliders straight onto the covered deck. Coffee at the bar, cards at the table, movie on the big screen — nobody gets exiled to a back bedroom.

And then there's the trick: a queen Murphy bed hidden in the cabinetry beneath the TV. Ten seconds to fold down, a real queen mattress — not a pull-out, not an air bed. The room you lived in all day quietly becomes a third bedroom at night.

The primary, with its own balcony

King bed, ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and sliding doors to a private upstairs balcony — the good chair, the morning coffee, the salt air, no one else awake yet.

  • Ensuite full bath
  • Private balcony

The bunk suite the kids fight over

A queen bed and a full-over-full bunk in one room, with its own full bathroom. Sleeps four comfortably — which is why this place works for two families as easily as one.

  • Queen + full/full bunk
  • Ensuite full bath
  • Sleeps 4

Outside is the whole point

A covered deck strung with lights for long dinners, and a fenced private courtyard below for the grill, the dog, and every wet towel in your party. Rinse the sand off before it ever gets inside.

The Location

You're on the good block.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How far is it to the beach?

About a three-minute walk. There's a public beach access at the end of the block, and the canal and marina are directly across Canal Drive — so you get the ocean and the sunset side of the island in the same stay.

How many people can stay?

Eight. The primary suite has a king bed and a private balcony; the bunk suite has a queen plus a full-over-full bunk. Both bedrooms have their own full bath, and there's a half bath off the living room. On top of that, a queen Murphy bed folds down from the living room cabinetry — handy when a couple wants their own space, or the kids want a sleepover in front of the TV.

Is parking included?

Yes — dedicated off-street parking, plus an enclosed garage bay for boards, bikes, chairs, and coolers. In peak season on Canal Drive, that's a real luxury.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes — well-behaved dogs under 25 lbs are welcome for a flat $75 pet fee per stay. The fenced private courtyard and outdoor rinse hose make the whole thing painless.

Tell me about the Murphy bed.

It's the best trick in the house. A full queen Murphy bed folds down out of the cabinetry beneath the living room TV — so the main room is wide open all day, and turns into a real bedroom at night. Not a pull-out, not an air mattress: an actual queen mattress that disappears into the wall in about ten seconds.

What's provided?

A fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, beach chairs and beach gear, a grill, and a rinse-off hose for sandy feet. Bring food and sunscreen; we've handled the rest.
